Although this is not a website primarily for quotations, we do like to mention them as they sometimes become expressions in their own right.

Such sayings are usually attributed to famous personalities such as rulers, authors, and celebrities, and they range from inspirational to humorous.

I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.
